Our agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a Paid Media Specialist (Social) to join their team on an immediate need. The initial need is 4 weeks with a high likelihood of extension.
You must have experience working on multicultural campaigns for target audiences. Experience developing paid media campaigns targeting African American communities highly preferred.
Duties of the Paid Media Specialist (Social):
- Manage the execution and analysis of paid media campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
- Manage budgets, bids, audience targeting, pixel tracking, conversion tracking and reporting
- Optimize campaign performance to lower acquisition costs and improve return on ad spend
- Utilize data insights to refine strategic targeting and bid adjustments
- Perform analysis and create reports on ROI on specific campaigns and ad spends
Requirements of the Paid Media Specialist (Social):
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience managing multiple paid media campaigns
- Knowledge of link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, etc
- Advanced knowledge of Excel - Pivot tables, text formulas
- Experience developing paid social campaigns targeting African American audiences
- Experience working in an agency environment highly preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends
