Our client is a leading global franchisor in the hospitality space that is looking for a Director of Marketing and Customer Loyalty.

Director of Marketing and Customer Loyalty Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful integration of a new CRM tool, building a strategy using key metrics.
- Work cross functionally with brand, marketing, product and customer engagement teams, leveraging key customer insights and messaging to enhance technology performance.
- Interface with product team and technology vendor to ensure, evaluating success and ROI at each stage of launch.
- Develop reports and performance plan for technology integration, communicating key goals, setbacks, and opportunities to executives and stakeholders.

Director of Marketing and Customer Loyalty Requirements:
- 7+ years consumer marketing experience ; agency and in-house experience preferred.
- Experience leading CRM integration from strategy to execution.
- Advanced knowledge in data and analytics reporting and metrics required.
