Our advocacy client in Washington, DC is looking for an Account Executive to join their team on a contract through the end of June with possibility for extension. This position is full time hours Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and experience in a customer/client facing role.
Duties of the Account Executive:
- Provide account management and administrative support for a specific client
- Attend and hold quarterly business review meeting with stakeholders to gather feedback, share results, and discuss opportunities for growth and retention
- Work with internal teams to track and monitor campaign engagements and update stakeholders/client on findings
- Customize new marketing assets to meet campaign goals
- Work with business development team to ensure seamless transition from sales to contracting and client management
- Record all activities and client details in the CRM
- Develop presentations, reports, and account plans
- Identify and solve issues for accounts
Requirements of the Account Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, etc
- 2+ years of experience in an account management, client success etc role
- Knowledge of SaaS and the wellness or health industry
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience leading meetings and engaging high level stakeholders highly preferred
