Our professional global association client in Alexandria VA is looking for a Marketing Manager (Audience Segmentation) to join their team. This position is ONSITE T-F and remote on Mondays.

The Marketing Manager (Audience Segmentation) will be focused on membership and corporate leadership. You should have extensive experience engaging a membership base or B2B audiences.

Duties of the Marketing Manager (Audience Segmentation):
- Own the consumer journey for your audience segment - voice, strategist and deployment expert
- Develop a 5 year growth roadmap and annual integrated marketing plan focused on developing advertising campaigns with agency partners - including digital, social, traditional and creative collateral
- Implement a Go-to-market plan for the audience segment
- Analyze and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage the automation campaigns and operations through the customer lifecycle
- Manage the day to day budget
- Analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, and retention
- Mentor and lead a team of 1-2 markets
- Develop opportunities to cross sell products, learning systems, certifications, events, etc

Requirements of the Marketing Manager (Audience Segmentation):
- 8+ years of experience in marketing automation, strategy, etc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Experience developing demand generation, personalization, customization and audience centric marketing campaigns and strategy
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce required
- Deep understanding of content marketing tailored to audience segments - targeting, delivery, and performance
- Experience developing a go-to-marketing strategy
- Experience developing a campaigns for customer lifecycle marketing
