Our agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a Digital Strategist and to join their team. They are also looking for a more junior Paid Media Specialist.

This client facing Digital Strategist will work with clients and internal teams to develop and implement digital advertising campaigns and sponsored content including digital content development, analytics, and paid social media strategy.

The Paid Media Specialist will also serve as part of their account team to execute paid media campaigns across all channels.

- Prepare and manage advertising campaigns (paid, social, display) from the initial research and media planning phase through to successful implementation and reporting.
- Monitor ad campaign performance and optimize tactics to meet the specified goals and ensure media plans result in the highest possible ROI
- Manage relationships with ad tech vendors, as well as the publishers we work with to produce sponsored content campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and track billing
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop content and storytelling for ads; manage ad projects and timeline
- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and proactively report actionable insights from campaigns
- Craft communications and messaging materials for social and ad campaigns

- 1+ (paid media role) 5+ (digital strategist) years digital marketing/advertising experience; agency experience is required
- Proficient in Paid, social, display, OTT, search, etc.
- Experience with sponsored content is a HUGE plus
- Proficiency with Google Analytics; Google Data Studio or Microsoft BI experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- High comfort level with social media channels and their advertising platforms
- Experience managing projects and vendors
- BA/BS Required
