We're seeking a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager for a retail company in the home goods industry to join their team full-time.

Please note: This position is based in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. It is WFH flexible after Covid, but you will be expected to either live in NC by June 1 OR be willing to travel 1-2x a month to the HQ.

This is an opportunity to take an existing brand, already well known in the trade and industry space, and grow it into a consumer facing brand via omnichannel marketing campaigns. A lot of focus is on digital and social campaigns, as well as brand partnerships in the retail space.

Marketing Manager Musts:
- At least 7 - 12 years of experience
- Experience with marketing strategy and execution for a new customer / audience / product marketing
- B2C is a must, retail and eCommerce experience is a plus
- Interior design / home goods experience OR just a passion for the industry
- Must be data driven and have experience with research-driven marketing strategy

Marketing Manager Details:
- Develop end to end marketing strategy to engage an untapped audience
- Using research and competitive analyses, determine brand position to the new audience, as well as how to best interact and engage with them
- Digital and social engagement is a priority
- Brand partnership strategy will include annual planning, prioritizing customers, developing co-marketing programs, and overall driving the end goal of sales
- This is a managerial position, but you will not have direct reports. Instead, you will be expected to act as a leader within the marketing organizations with colleagues in web / digital, brand activation and creatives looking to you for strategic counsel
- Manage vendors and agency partners for campaign execution, metrics tracking, and optimization
