Our client is a digital media network and communications agency seeking a fully remote Senior Account Supervisor to serve clients across their multichannel campaigns.
The Senior Account Supervisor must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English and be able to excel in a fast-paced agency setting. Candidates Must be Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Senior Account Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, acting as main point of contact for strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Foster client relationships, leading all communication to foster retention and growth of existing accounts.
-Develop client materials including press releases, speeches, articles and other collateral.
- Work with internal teams develop presentations for new business accounts.
Senior Account Supervisor Requirements:
- 10+ years experience working with clients to lead multichannel digital strategies ; 5+ years supervisory.
- Experience in an agency experience required.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English - both speaking and writing.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
