eCommerce Marketing Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

An organization in Washington, DC is looking for a sales savvy eCommerce Marketing Manager to join their team, remotely, 40 hours/week, through December 2021 with an option to extend or convert to full time.

You MUST have your own laptop/workstation for initial onboarding.

The ideal eCommerce Marketing Manager has proven experience creating and executing B2C marketing campaigns with direct impact on revenue and the ability to manage multiple, highly visible marketing campaigns from strategy to execution to reporting, while maintaining focus on timeline and budgets.

eCommerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for the online store including search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), digital, social, PPC and traditional campaigns to obtain revenue targets and increase community engagement.
- Create revenue growth strategies for existing and new products to include ideating new product ideas, innovative promotions, loyalty program development, leveraging non-traditional marketing channels, as well as page strategy recommendations for content, search optimization and ratings and reviews.
- Collaborate with Store Administrator on required site maintenance, purchasing, inventory, and reporting and assist with setup, inventory and sales for a physical pop-up store for events
- Work with department leadership to develop marketing and sales-related eCommerce KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, customer acquisition costs, pricing strategy, revenue to goal, profit margin, etc.)
- Monitor site and product KPIs and adjust digital marketing and product development priorities to achieve store KPI and sales goals.
- Lead the creation of reports to benchmark product performance, glean user insights, and identify opportunities.

eCommerce Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years marketing experience in advertising, marketing and communications fields with an emphasis on digital marketing and B2C sales support.
- Direct experience developing and executing with revenue based, direct-to-consumer, advertising, branding concepts, and campaigns across platforms and channels
- Experience and understanding of email automation software, campaigns and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts and strategies, orally and in writing; and to effectively design materials
- Content writing and asset build experience for all social marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram) and a working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- eCommerce and/or retail experience a plus
