A large healthcare client in VA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work 40 hours/week for the next 3 + months.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assisting in facilitating all steps of small, less complex marketing communication
- Assists in developing creative writing solutions that provide a consistent message about our company and products
- Works with Marketing Communications areas to facilitate projects through all stages (research, design, writing, proofreading, review, printing, mailing and archival) to ensure product is produced in a timely, accurate, and effective manner
- Acts as primary client interface and collaborates with business partners and SMEs on projects
- Assists in facilitating the workflow process: creates production schedules, assigns form numbers, requests source files, obtains required approvals, coordinates the production process of materials, monitors performance, and recommends improvements
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 1 years of marketing and communications experience
- Experience in health care or managed care preferred
