Our fintech start up client in Washington, DC is looking for an Advertising Copywriter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to concept, drive and execute the brand's copy strategy for digital and broadcast media channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concepting and developing copy for digital channels and television ads.
Duties of the Advertising Copywriter:
- Develop and execute advertising copy/content for social channels, website, email, and video scripts
- Evolve the current brand voice and tone to better serve the target audience
- Concept and develop strategic campaigns to meet stakeholders' specific business goals i.e. acquiring new investors, engaging current investors, educating investors
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring relevant stories to life in engaging and efficient ways
- Work to shape the future of the team by developing brand standards and guidelines
- Work with the design team to create cohesive visuals and copy collateral
Requirements of the Advertising Copywriter:
- 3-8 years of experience in marketing or advertising copywriting experience
- Experience in a agency environment highly preferred
- A strong portfolio showcasing working skills
- Comfortable jumping from between various deliverables i.e. billboards, podcast scripts, social ads
