Our Professional Services client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a part time basis through February.

This role will be 20 hours a week - M/W/F

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Support Website postings using WordPress
-Using Sharepoint Tool, adding updates to client's Intranet, YourSource
-Provide support in managing conflict checks for client newsletter publications and blogs
-Creating PowerPoint Decks (one week a month) for Office Managing Partner meetings
-Support pulling analytics and formatting for a monthly marketing dashboard
-Pulling together content for an internal pro bono email newsletter (sent via Eloqua)

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
3+ years of experience
-Must have attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
-Familiarity/experience with any CMS is required (WordPress is preferred, not required).
-Familiarity with using a marketing automation tool is required,( Eloqua is preferred, but not required).
-Familiarity/knowledge of PowerPoint
-Must be available 6-8 hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 9am-5pm.
