A client in Frederick, MD is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to join their team.

This position is fully remote during COVID with the expectation to be onsite when things open back up.

Responsibilities of Jr. Project Manager:
- Manage consolidated timelines
- Drive creation and integration of strategies and plans
- Drive execution of start-up projects
- Work with client services to ensure data integrity of clients' reporting
- Manage all programs on-quality, on-time and on-budget
- Responsible for the facilitation of program from estimation
through launch and ongoing execution
- Monitor overarching budgets and schedules weekly
- Manage and update program work-back schedules
- Ensure billing/revenue recognition meeting prep is complete
- Actively and thoroughly understand clients and their needs
- Proactively collect and manage all project details
- Keep projects on-track, on budget and on-time

Requirements of the Jr. Project Manager:
- 2-3 years of project management experience in an advertising/marketing agency or a corporate internal creative team
- 2-3 years of relevant digital project management
- A track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- The ability to create and follow a well-defined project plan
- Experience tracking all budget-related information, including billable hours and project expenses
- Been responsible for the financial success of projects
- Superior client facing skills
- Basic knowledge of Mac computers, especially with Microsoft Office
- PMP Certification is desired but not required
- Bachelor’s degree
