Our agency client is looking to hire an Account Supervisor.

This role is:
- Full-time / direct hire
- Summer Fridays (afternoons Friday, off!)
- 3 weeks PTO to start!
- Hybrid (2 days on site, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, in their Minneapolis, MN office)

Background / Experience we are seeking in the Account Supervisor:
> 5+ years agency account services experience (must have agency experience)
> Food and/or CPG experience would be a bonus
> B2B would be a bonus
> Integrated marketing experience (across email, sales materials, web, tradeshow, paid media...)
> Communication plan development experience (creative briefs and strategy planning)
> Comfortable with day to day execution

Day to Day for the Account Supervisor:
> Manage, lead and take ownership of assigned client brands which will include marketing plan strategy development, recommendations and execution
> Provide direction for creative strategies, media planning, and social content development
> Build and foster relationships with clients and internal team members
> Monitor and manage client budgets and billing
> Identify, develop and sell breakthrough strategic brand activations from relevant market insights
> Mentor and grow junior team members
