Rate Starting at $55,000 and up, depending on experience
Our higher education client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team.

This role is:
- Full Time
- A hybrid opportunity with possibility for remote
- An opportunity for advancement in a growing department

In this Marketing Automation role you will:
- Plan, build, and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns within Hubspot
- Work with Admission teams to define projects and timelines
- Oversee campaign Creation, analysis, optimizations and and reporting.
- Collaborate with MarComm team members to work on the design, copy and other content.
- Conduct A/B tests as needed
- Provide internal training and documentation for new and existing HubSpot users


The ideal Marketing Automation candidate will have:
- 4+ years of Marketing experience (previous automation experience required)
- A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Knowledge and proficiency with Hubspot
- Expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email
- Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance
- Ability to problem solve with a solutions-led approach

Preferred Experience:
- Any higher education experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in SEO
- Knowledge and Experience using Wordpress
