Our start-up tech client is looking to hire a Content Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team!

This role is:
- Full-time direct hire with great benefits!
- Hybrid - work onsite Monday through Thursday, must be willing to be onsite in the North Loop, Minneapolis

In this role you will:
- Work with the Marketing Director to assist with content strategy and overall marketing plan
- Create and write content for websites, blogs, social media, product updates / details, external communications to clients, and more!
- Write long and short form copy while working within brand standards and delivering a "fun & poppy" tone through your writing
- Have a great understanding of trends in the industry (higher education, scholarships and grant management)

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience writing marketing and communications content + copy, as a content specialist, copywriter, marketing coordinator with a focus on writing or something similar
- Able to provide direct examples of SEO and email marketing strategies
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and the Creative Suite is a plus!
- Any graphic design, content creation experience would be a plus as well!
