Our Agency Client is looking for a Creative Director to join their growing team!

In this full-time role, you will provide support on creative campaigns and client deliverables.

In this Creative Director role you will:
- Partner with the Executive Creative Director to ideate, plan, concept, and execute creative campaigns
- Manage the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the creative work the team produces
- Work along side the account team to ensure design direction and deliverables are in line with client goals, standards, and timelines.

The ideal Creative Director candidate will have:
- 10+ Years of Creative Experience with 4+ years in a leadership position
- Agency experience is required, small agency preferred
- Experience with both print and interactive designs.
- Strong ability to design multiple iterations and adapt styles based on client feedback.
- Strong Project Management and Time management skills
- The ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
- Experience working on large multi channel brand campaigns
- Creative copywriting experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Trello is a plus
