Rate Up to $95,000, depending on experience.
Our agency client is looking for an Account Director to add to their team.

This is a full-time role, ideally located in Minneapolis for hybrid work.

In this role, as an Account Director, your responsibilities will include:
Leading business and marketing conversations
Developing, maintaining and growing client relationships.
Overseeing financial management for clients, including SOWs.
Managing development process of projects and creative briefs through to implementation with the client.
Serving as a liaison between client and internal team, collaborates internally to support the client.
Overseeing work done by account executives.

The ideal candidate will:
6+ years' in account management, preferably with 1-2+ years' experience mentoring/managing a team.
have agency experience, with a focus on working with branding and design services.
have the mindset of an ambitious and independent self-starter.
