Our client, a retail & consumer goods brand in Charlotte, is looking for an Associate Art Director to join their team.
The Associate Art Director must have beauty/skincare/cosmetics and/or multicultural vertical experience.
Associate Art Director responsibilities:
- Lead multichannel, big-idea campaign art direction
- Create and present social and web/digital concepts to the Head of Creative, marketing Director and eCommerce Director
- Oversee campaign execution including the production flow and team members (designers, copywriters, & social)
- Weigh-in on hiring for the digital creative team
Graphic Designer Background:
- 5+ years experience
- 3+ years experience specific to web and social design
- Ability to communicate creative concepts clearly and proactively with leadership
- Strong conceptual chops, visual design and flair for typography
- Experience with motion graphics / After Effects is a big plus
