Our client is looking for a new Associate Brand Manager to join their growing team.

This role is:
- Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite in St. Paul)
- Direct-hire

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create annual brand plans, identify brand positioning and communication strategies that best differentiate their brands from competitors
- Write creative briefs and partner with the ad agencies that are responsible for creating their marketing campaigns
- Create sales support materials that will help the sales team convey the brand correctly at trade shows, events, etc.
- Conduct research to identify new and exciting opportunities for new and renovated products
- Define go-to-market plans aligned with new product releases

The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years' experience in consumer-focused marketing in the food or beverage industry
- CPG experience / knowledge is a huge plus
- Experience in brand building and new product development
- Experience working with agency partners to execute marcomm plans
