Director of Demand Generation

Rate Up to $120,000, depending on experience.
Our agency client is looking for a new Director of Demand Generation to join their growing team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and owning the demand generation function of the marketing team. This includes:
- Owning the strategy, development and execution of demand gen campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, email and web
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand gen campaigns
- Interpret and present insights to the team, and then translate into actionable changes
- Be both strategic AND executional - this includes building out documentation and strategy plans

Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years' experience in demand gen (both strategy and execution)
- Expertise in demand and lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing (display, PPC, SEO), marketing automation, and account-based marketing
- Previous work in B2B demand gen
- Highly strategic marketer who can develop key marketing strategies and plans
