Our professional association client in Washington, DC is looking for an experienced Creative Copywriter to join their team on an ongoing contract.
This position is 37.5 hours a week.
Remote at until early 2021 (no return date specified)
To be considered for the Creative Copywriter position you must include examples of messaging platforms developed for brands and/or campaigns
In addition, highlight experience that includes:
- Conduct discovery
· Target audiences · Address challenge/goals · Drive the creative approach · Deliverables that include creative copy
Duties of the Creative Copywriter:
- Concept marketing copy i.e. headlines, taglines, body copy, and effective calls to actions to meet the initiatives of the campaign or business need
- Produce error free marketing collateral that meets the client's brand standards
- Drive the creative direction for the copy
- Work across the creative and marketing teams to meet business goals
- Execute the copy for campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Work with internal stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions
Requirements of the Creative Copywriter:
- 7+ years of creative or marcomms copywriting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism
- Marketing or Creative agency experience is required
- Experience producing copy for digital, social, OOH, broadcast and social
- Experience with association client highly preferred
- Experience working with WorkFront a plus
