Our non-profit client in Washington, DC is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist their team through September 30, 2020 with possibility for extension. This position is 20-30 hours a week and will transition to onsite.

The ideal candidate will have experience with working within a CMS (Hubspot, Kentico) and executing social media campaigns.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Post content to the client's blog using Hubspot
- Manage conversations on social media including responding to comments/messages, monitoring donor inquiries and assisting with paid ad campaigns
- Assist with the coordination and execution of social media content and editorial calendars
- Make minor updates to website pages and post press releases
- Assist with the tracking, invoicing and budgeting of the digital spend
- Create social media graphics for Linkedin, Facebook, Pintrest, Instagram

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, etc
- 2+ years of professional work experience in a marketing or communications department
- 2+ years of experience managing updates to a CMS - Hubspot or Kentico experience highly preferred
- Experience managing social media channels - ideally managing/executing paid campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
