Our client in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to join their team on a contract basis for 4-6 months, and potentially up to 1 year. This is a remote opportunity.

Customer Experience Strategist Responsibilities:
-Responsible for capturing the voice of the customer through insight, data driven analytics, and overall strategy.
-As a true advocate for the customer, the Customer Experience Strategist will consider new ideas, strategies and products to improve the overall customer experience with company services and products.
-Conduct in depth research plans, surveys, participation interviews and more to gather data and information
-The successful candidate will be an advocate for the customer and will take a goal-first and mission-first approach when considering new ideas, products and -strategies.
-Develops personas, journey maps, hosts brainstorm sketching, paper prototypes, and facilitates ideation sessions with a variety of stakeholders. Host brainstorm sketching, paper prototypes, etc.

Customer Experience Strategist Requirements:
5+ years of experience required.
-4-6 years of design experience
-Specific experience with UX research
-1+ years of meeting facilitation experience.
-May work remotely 100% of the time. MUST be available during Eastern Standard Time of 8am-5pm daily.

Agency background strongly preferred, not required.
