Our telecommunications client in Northern VA is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with technology or telecommunications experience to join their team for a freelance to full-time opportunity.

The day to day for this Digital Marketing Manager will include:
- Executing on marketing strategies including social media management, email automation, and paid advertising
- Building and managing paid search programs to drive lead generation, retention, and revenue
- Optimize keywords, advertising platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) and programs (e.g., paid search, remarketing, display advertising) with attention on customer acquisition
- Use metrics to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimization recommendations across the buyer’s journey
- Analyze and present insights to internal teams on campaign results and performance
- Develop a deep knowledge of the companies products, audience, and the customer’s journey

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager should have:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience; at least 1 year of in B2B IoT, Wireless, Telecommunications, or SaaS preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress is required
- Experience managing paid campaigns including: paid social, affiliates, display, paid search for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Experience with ad trafficking and tag management tools
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and how to interpret for daily performance marketing management a plus
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and persona targeting
