Our financial services client is looking to add a Senior Product Manager to their team this year or early next.

They are looking for someone with customer / client service experience familiar with managing a technology sales platform who can engage and drive customers’ understanding of their services / products, new and existing. Consider it a blend of project management, account management and business development.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and management of strategic client projects
- Interacts and coordinates with cross-functional departments and third-party vendors to deliver successful campaigns
- Manages client relationships, including developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ business initiatives and goals
- Drives the customer engagement end-to-end including budget, project timelines, customer expectations, delivery team success, reporting and invoicing
- Manages details of project implementation including: technology education and deployment, troubleshooting, client / user adoption, billing management, client support escalations, etc.
- Takes a leadership role in advising customers with respect to prepaid programs and technology
- Leverages up and cross-sell opportunities

Senior Product Manager requirements:
- 8+ years of Account Management, Product Management, Project Management or Business Development experience
- Experience in pre-paid banking or other financial service industry
- Ability to travel 35% of the year
- Please be able to speak to your quantitative achievements in growing business, launching products or new programs
