Our retail client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team permanently.

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing full-funnel performance marketing campaigns. This includes digital channel and campaign planning, agency management, measurement and accurate, on-time delivery of Performance Marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a passion for digital advertising, driving results and excels at building strong relationships (internal and external).

Education: Bachelors degree required
- 5-7 years of day-to-day Paid Social or Paid Search campaign execution, strategy and management (in-house or agency) required
- 5-7 years in Facebook Ads or Google Ads required
- 3 years using digital platforms to conduct campaign experiments preferred
- Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or Google Ads Certified, preferred
- Experience working in and leading the strategy for building digital marketing campaigns
- High-level of knowledge of digital marketing platforms and metrics, with an understanding of campaign settings and new innovations
- Excel enthusiast and power user with proven experience building forecasts, analyzing campaign performance, and budgeting in spreadsheets
- Managerial skills with capabilities to delegate and motivate staff
- Strong analytical reasoning and planning and organization skills
- Persistent
