Our Global CPG client has a HOT need for a Marketing/ Social Media Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month full-time contract assignment. Local to St. Louis preferred.

As a Marketing/ Social Media Coordinator will create brand awareness strategies to source quality candidates, content generation for various recruitment marketing and social media channels, and executing sourcing strategies aligned with internal HR/Talent Acquisition goals.

Marketing / Social Media Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute on strategic sourcing and employment brand strategies to completion within timelines
- Create internal and external awareness toward diversity, gender balance, disability, including robust pipeline development and tailored recruitment marketing tactics
- Learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) technology to deliver upon recruiting customer groups talent sourcing objectives
- Measure and maximize the strategy for each sourcing channel (e.g. email, website, LinkedIn, job board, etc.)
- Data analysis, review ROI of strategies, research market technology trends to maintain a competitive edge, create DE&I awareness.

Marketing / Social Media Coordinator Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Internship or 6+ months of experience in recruiting, sourcing, recruitment marketing, brand marketing, marketing communications, digital social communications, or similar experience is required.
- Experience in content development and managing social media platforms.
- Experience creating communication with a Contact Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Graphic design tool experience like Canva, Bannersnack, Photoshop, or similar
Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
