Our agency client is hiring an Account Supervisor. This is a direct-hire, 100% remote opportunity. Flex schedule, matched 401k, unlimited PTO, tuition reimbursement and a work/ life balance commitment.

The Account Supervisor will be tasked with growing existing client relationships, this includes key accounts. Additionally, you'll be a senior leader and primary counsel on the expansion of the agency's consumer offering platform, stakeholder engagement and integrated marketing offerings and plans.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing client relationships, become fully ingrained in their business and identify new business opportunity to grow accounts
- Educate your cross-funtional team on your client, industry, pain points, objective and revenue goals
- Plan, listen, and direct cross-functional team throughout the engagement to achieve client satisfaction
- Ensure deliverables are on time, in budget and meet revenue goals
- Present results to client and present client status to Executive Team
- Mentors direct reports
- Have full understanding of agency and of each discipline, department and team
- Make staffing recommendations to executive team
- Serve as a primary counsel of the consumer offering expansion
