Our St. Louis based client has a need for a Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of product marketing or digital marketing experience to join their team for a REMOTE, temp to hire position!

The Product Marketing Manager will be taking our clients solutions to market by defining messaging and positioning while collaborating with internal stakeholders enabling our clients sales team to sell effectively.
The Product Marketing Manager responsibilities:
-Collaborate with product team to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with personas
-Ownership of ecommerce responsibility around website merchandising and product placement
-Strong knowledge of the competitive landscapebe the expert on our customers, who they are, how they make decisions and their buying habits
-Development of post-sale materials targeted for the end user (i.e., flyers, presentations, FAQs, email communication)
-Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models and value propositions
-Develop data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy
-Leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of the user
-Build and manage product launch plans that are fully synced with business and revenue goals and ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and pipeline
-Work closely with Head of Marketing to create and implement strategic multi-channel campaigns targeted at growing revenue, customer engagement, lead generation, retention and market share

Product Marketing Manager needs:
-a Strong understanding and analysis of marketing metrics and measurement, with test/prove/scale mentality
-a Proven track record executing a growth strategy and driving measurable results
-Demonstrate Solution Marketing experience and a track record in branding, positioning, value proposition development and messaging and the ability to size and analyze markets
-an Understanding of CRM and/or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot etc.)
-a Minimum of a Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or similar field
