Our Grocer client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a direct-hire position. Located in Chesterfield. Onsite mainly with some flexibility to work from home when needed.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 2, internal clients, and creative deliverables for consumer-facing brand campaigns. You'll develop, coordinate, direct and facilitate creative + strategic content. You'll also do some short form copywriting.

Experience Requirements:
- 6-10 years of advertising or marketing experience
- Managed individuals
- Managed creative deliverables for consumer-facing brand campaigns, preferably at an agency
- Client facing
- Some copywriting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and web content management systems experience

- Managing individuals
- Manage internal client relationships = dig to understand business/ pain points/ vendor budgets/ what's working - what's not/ to strategically create + manage consumer-facing brand campaigns
- Develop, coordinate, direct + facilitate creative + strategic content with internal AEs, Graphic Designers, any agency partners like PR, Advertising, Video Production.
- Will have 3-4 internal clients to manage: i.e. deli, florist, produce, pharmacy
- Some copywriting
