Our Grocer client is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team as a direct-hire full time employee.

Onsite. Located in Chesterfield.
This is a brand new position due to business growth!

The Digital Marketing Manager will be overseeing the newly launched Rewards Program. In collaboration with the Marketing and Advertising team, Category Managers, owners and external vendor, you'll review gathered data that identifies your customer and their journeys including product purchases, buying patterns and more. Together you'll set KPIs and create personalized campaigns inclusive of promotions, coupons and rewards.

Desired Qualifications / Skill Sets:
- Digital consumer marketing experience with an understanding of how and why data is leveraged to create personalized campaigns
- Proven understanding of digital channels and best practices
- Have been a part of a team that launched a successful personalized campaign
- Comfortable speaking to internal stakeholders, often you'll create a story from data provided by external vendor
- Takes ownership of projects, can work independently and collaboratively, organized, comfortable with change and fast-paced environment, well spoken, both creative and analytical minded
