Our Healthcare client is hiring a Paid Search Specialist with up to 3 years of related digital marketing experience.

This is a HYBRID opportunity, in office 2/3 times a week.

The Paid Search Specialist responsibilities:
- Ensures the execution of paid search and advertising programs to meet designated goals.
- Partners with in-house teams to inform digital asset creation, ensuring that design and copy enhance digital experiences and impact campaign performance across channels.
- Utilizes research and historical performance data to support the spearhead of hyper-targeted, data-informed digital campaigns across our various defined audience segments.
- Handles the trafficking, placement and testing of digital media, both externally and through third-party vendors.
- Provides guidance with regards to the latest digital and social media trends/technology.

The Paid Search Specialist Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of digital marketing processes from strategy to implementation (paid search, organic & paid social media, display/programmatic advertising and digital re-targeting, omni-channel digital strategy, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using digital technology/SaaS platforms.
- Experience using and interpreting data/performance via Google Analytics and/or similar web platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with email marketing and/or marketing automation applications.
