Our Healthcare Retail client is hiring a Product Marketing Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Hybrid schedule, office located in Chesterfield.

Must be able to travel 4-8 times annually for sales ride-along and client appreciation dinners.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all DTC marketing aspects of the Doctor product line, strategy through optimization, to build the brands health and drive business growth.

Product Marketing Manager Qualifications / Skill Sets:
- 7 years of experience in brand or product marketing
- Bachelor degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- Strong consideration given to candidates with previous healthcare or supplements experience
- Proven experience building relationships and influencing key external customers (e.g. retailers, large groups, etc.)
- Strong ability to think critically and analytically; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
- High proficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for driving growth in the Doctor channel of business, including product, device, and service
portfolio lifecycle management, new product launches, Doctor messaging development, forecasting, budgeting, and marketing planning and implementation. Proactively report on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of the ocular nutrition category, the Doctor business, the competitive landscape, the various
levers to unlock growth, and VOC insights to help inform and refine our Doctor marketing plan
- Represent the Doctor business and voice in the annual marketing planning process and lead all facets of marketing for the Doctor channel of business from situation analysis to marketing planning, implementation, measurement, and
optimization
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with departments who interact with the Doctor in particular, Sales and Customer Support to help ensure you have a constant pulse on our dynamic business and to help prioritize and activate internal resources against the right Doctor initiatives
- Build strong relationships with our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) and the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in optometry to further the marketing and commercial objectives
- Collaborate closely within the internal marketing team and external agency partners to build, execute, and measure marketing campaigns that are cohesive and complimentary across our channels of business while still delivering on each business channels marketing objectives and goals
