Our agency client is hiring a REMOTE Marketing Strategist to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for discovering the intersection between audience needs and client objectives and launch work on the most efficient path to reach target. This requires the ability to both chart a course and course-correct along the way, doing so in close collaboration with teammates and other departments.

Qualifications/ Skill Sets:
- 3 years of marketing strategy experience based on KPIs where this was your sole role
- Buttoned up samples showcasing measurable results per KPIs, where you owned the research and strategy process
- Top Skills: strategy, research, analytics, strong presentation skills

- Articulate and interrogate client needs to keep the strategy on track
- Understands how to use research to create original and innovative insights
- Inspire a wider team and act as the domain expert to keep them on track
- Act as a team catalyst via persuasion and facilitation
- Communicate clearly and intelligently about complex ideas, systems and strategies
- Take a strategic idea and expand it out into a fully realizable initiative
- Define what true effectiveness looks like and why; gather and analyze the proof
