Our Technology Software client is seeking a possible temp to hire Event Coordinator that must have Cvent experience to add to their team in 2022!

As the Event Coordinator, you will be heavily involved in all aspects of events from planning to execution for corporate conferences, trade shows, and webinars/virtual events!

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to develop and execute incredible in-person and virtual event experiences.
-Manage end-to-end logistics for a variety of events.
-Manage event budgets, expenses and provide detailed follow-up and reporting.
-Collaborate on or manage events from start to finish - including agenda building, venue selection, contracts, audio visual, F&B/BEOs, registration, stage and room design, financials, and onsite logistics.
-Curate creative and innovative event attractions based on internal capabilities or via outsourcing to qualified vendors.
-Provide sponsorship fulfillment to event sponsors including overall communication and deliverables during pre-event planning and onsite execution.

Event Coordinator Qualifications:
-5+ years of progressive event management experience preferred.
-Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks.
-Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Some travel is required.
-Experience with CVENT event planning software
