Our Financial Client has a HOT need for a REMOTE Traffic Manager with 5+ years of experience to join for their internal agency for a 12 Month contract (possible extension) starting in January, offer 40 hours/week!

Traffic Manager Experience:
- Responsible for receiving, tracking, and shepherding all incoming projects or expiring initiatives
- Assign projects and tasks to appropriate resources, accounting for shifting timelines and priorities
- Maintain project management tool and status updates: maintain workflows, delineate tasks, and create status updates
- Provide communication of available capacity and utilization, reporting and summary data to leadership on a defined cadence
- Implement and support change management of new processes and tools with stakeholders
- Ensure resourced teams understand deliverables timelines and have visibility into impact of resource reallocation so deadlines are consistently met; help prioritize tasks as needed
-Track project plan and review daily/weekly work schedule with PL team and creative team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and creative teams to manage new project requests, interpret requirements, define the scope, create schedules, and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure quality on-time delivery of assets and efficient utilization of resources
- Schedule and run weekly meetings with Project Managers to get updates on projects and anticipate future needs
- Onboard and train new creative resources into department processes and systems
- Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming projects across the health and wellness of the team, building strong relationships with client engagement, and delivery
- Drive operational efficiency to increase production capacity, while remaining compliant with processes

Traffic Manager Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the creative development process from kick-off to delivery
- Highly organized and passionate about knowing what the creative team is working on, their bandwidth, availability
critical thinker, highly detailed, and a self-starter who can meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Deadline-driven, proactive and collaborative in nature
Well-developed persuasion, facilitation and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of project management tools (such as: Workfront, or Asana, Basecamp, Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills
- SQL or Tableau experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends within the data and apply to reporting techniques
