Our Finance client is seeking a Change Management Consultant with 10 years of experience leading large scale work in LSS, PMO and/or Change Leadership for a 12 Month assignment starting in January 2022.

Change Management Consultant will need to have the ability to build networks and internal partnerships,use sound judgment- collects, analyzes and acts on relevant information, champions change, will leads other through change, and thrives when creating better experiences.

Change Management Consultant Responsibilities:
- Executes moderate to large number of decisions within their own projects as well in consultation and oversight of those executing Firm Portfolio level projects with their guidance.
- Identify and mitigate risk
- Evaluate a range of potential capabilities to active and or execute including, change management, design thinking, process design, and process improvement.
- Investigate and resolve escalations with varying and high degrees of complexity and impact
- Guide core teams of leaders and associates typically overseeing and/or directly multiple firm level projects concurrently.
- Develop and/or improve processes that have firm wide benefits, changing the fundamental way the firm does business with regard to a particular client segment or strategy.
- Identify major detailed project tasks, resources, and coordinate the efforts of internal and external parties necessary to see successful project completion including external consulting firms.
- Identify and deliver technology solutions and manage the process and stakeholders through ideation, implementation and continued improvement.
- Identify subject matter experts, business owners, those skilled in multiple business process disciplines.
- Lead a team through the portfolio management process and the associated tollgates, delivering results at a firm portfolio level.

Change Management Consultant Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Change Management Certification
- Experience in change management, leadership, LSS preferred
- Able to influence all levels within the organization
- Must be able to engage and inspire a wide variety of team members for quick and effective engagement
- Must be able to learn and communicate the principles of process improvement, portfolio management, change management, design thinking and data analysis to a wide variety of audiences in order to gain buy in and understanding of effective deployment of tools and successfully complete project and/or consultation
- Experience leading large enterprise wide technology deployments
PLUS: Design Thinking skills/ Experience design and Light IS element.
