Our Retail client is hiring a full-time SEO Manager to join their growing eCommerce team. Responsible for planning, implementing and managing their SEO strategy.

The ideal SEO Manager need to hands-on experience in SEO content strategies, and uses their strategic expertise to grow quality web traffic and increase conversions.

- Bachelors degree in marketing, data science or related
- Experience with a variety of analytics programs like Google Analytics (mobile and desktop), SEMrush, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Keyword Finder and Screaming Frog
- Experience with Microsoft Office/ Google products like spreadsheets, documents and presentation slides

- Manage the development and implementation of SEO practices
- Perform keyword research
- Create measurable SEO strategies for multiple search engines
- Audit and analyze SEO and website performance
- Translate SEO insights into data-led optimizations
- Develop and execute SEO experimentation roadmaps like A/B tests
- Partner with creative, paid media, product, and technology to provide strategic recommendations on SEO improvements
- Serve as the SME for SEO, communicating performance status to leadership and stakeholders
- Discover, define, and resolve outstanding SEO errors or issues in collaboration with department and cross-functional team members
- Identify new innovative ways to drive organic traffic and search visibility
