A prominent online gaming company is looking for a CRM Manager to join their digital marketing team.

This CRM Manager will be the right hand man of the Director of Marketing. They will be responsible for retention campaign for several client sites / apps. This includes everything from e-mail marketing, push notifications, social media engagement, and reporting.

Essential Responsibilities for the CRM Manager:
- Develop, manage, execute and report on all retention strategies across all client sites
- Responsible for player engagement KPI's for VIP player base, including NPUs, lifetime tenure, engagement, and churn.
- Complete competitive analysis to ensure the marketing communication strategy is evolving
- Develop tailored VIP program through segmentation, predicative modeling, promotions.
- Oversee Marketing Coordinator
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication
- Generate and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from set reporting templates for VIP marketing activity which demonstrates the business impact (satisfaction, engagement, churn, ROI, growth, etc)

Required Skills and Qualifications for the CRM Manager:
- Digital tech savvy
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Experience working with one of the following CRM / ESP's : Salesforce, Exact Target, Smart Focus, IBM Watson, Mailchimp, or similar
- HTML experience not essential but highly recommended
- Familiar with freemium and real money gaming models
- Management experience required
- Small team environment experience preferred

The CRM Manager is a full time position beginning between January - February. Digital first candidates with application, push notification, iGaming and casino marketing experience will be most preferred out of qualified candidates.
