Our agency client has an immediate need for a full time Account Manager!

The Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Customer Service Experience and will manage and maintain multiple accounts. This is a front line, client-facing position.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver senior-level marketing strategy and tactics to C-Suite level clients, derived from industry insights and category expertise.
- Strategize with production team to establish a plan for each account, complete with goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with both clients and internal teams to guide and contribute in the development of creative ideas and deliverables.
- Be well versed in the various marketing opportunities in social, digital, and print, web, and broader marketing mix, to provide client recommendations on the proper KPIs, based on brand-specific goals.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects. Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s “big ticket” projects.
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients. The Account - Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the production and keep the client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Meet time deadlines for accounts.
- Responsible for assignments centered around operational and internal initiatives, as provided by the Leadership team.


Account Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of agency experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A working knowledge of Search Engine, Web, and Social Media marketing is essential
- Strong marketing strategy background
- Strong technical skills – ability to master Project Management software.
- Good leadership qualities
- Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Real understanding of print, web, digital marketing products and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.

This position will primarily be remote, but all applicants must be within driving distance of Sandy Springs, GA to be able to attend meetings as needed.
