Our Financial client is seeking a Content Designer to assist the Product Management team on delivering user-focused content through their digital adoption platform.

The Content Designer will be responsible for designing solutions and interaction for transforming the user experience on both the enterprise software and mobile app.

Content Designer Responsibilities:
- Create user journeys and product flows
- Partner with Product Managers to define, design and deliver amazing content for adoption campaigns
- Design interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns and creating new ones, across our enterprise business platforms.
- Produce user-focused content for adoption of processes and product features.
- Work with team specialists to deliver content specific to user training.
- Conduct usability tests to advocate for design improvements.

Content Designer Requirements:
- 3 years experience in UX and UI design for content
- Experience creating digital content solutions for web, mobile, and/or desktop solutions
- Proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or other content creation tools.

This is a remote opportunity with opportunities for permanent placement.
