Our client has an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Marketing Automation (Demand Generation) Specialist to manage digital marketing strategies through email, social media, search, and account-based campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a creative marketer and proactive self-starter with a very strong work ethic, dependable, motivated, and collaborative, who is focused, organized, and detail oriented. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and exceptional project management skills are a must for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans supporting corporate objectives and campaigns
- Optimize conversion paths and rates, and drive qualified leads.
- Design and execute email marketing and nurture campaigns, conduct A/B testing, track and report on results, and recommend optimization strategies; maintain health of marketing automation platform
- Grow new leads and improve lead quality by testing calls-to-action, landing pages, lead capture forms, and content
- Execute paid and unpaid social media campaigns
- Manage campaigns within the ABM platform, including target account lists, audience building and segmentation, account scoring, lead qualification and distribution, campaign reporting and optimization; collaborate cross-functionally to drive ABM strategy and improve lead quality
- Manage organic SEO performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click-through rates, traffic and conversions; manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns
- Use Google Analytics and other data sources to deliver insightful reporting and analytics that demonstrate how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track key metrics to optimize campaign performance; analyze email marketing and ABM campaign results, social engagement, content metrics, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams creating emails, landing pages, and marketing offers including videos, infographics, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, etc.
- Collaborate with content writer and graphic designer on blog content production and Wordpress publication
- Collaborate with CRM administrators to ensure data governance and hygiene, and with data acquisition and enrichment providers as needed
- Conduct website SEO audits and perform activities to maintain site health

REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing is required
- BA or BS, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation, preferably Marketo, including proficiency in email design, segmentation, A/B testing, nurture, and scoring
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Experience with social media management technology (preferably Hootsuite)
- Experience with keyword research and SERP analytics
- ABM platform experience a plus, especially Demandbase
- Experience in inbound and outbound marketing strategy
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
