Our agency client has an urgent full-time need for a Pharma Librarian (DAM) to work with and support Brand Marketers, their Production agency and agencies.

DAY TO DAY for the Pharma Librarian (DAM):
- Support by locating assets / files from DAM, other Storage or from agencies.
- Communicates with Brands, Agencies to co-ordinate for files/assets request and set urgency, prioritization, and expectation of delivery for requests of assets.
- Provide SME for different brands, and agencies by recommending assets that can be used based on the needs of the requests by brands / production agencies
- Review existing assets and add and enhance the metadata on the assets
- Provide information about assets for asset re-use and asset performance to data translators, Brand marketers etc.
- Support efforts in asset remediation, taxonomy and metadata initiatives.
- Collaborate with data quality teams for projects to clean up data and organize data
- Generates reports and communicates to GSK’s team on the Asset usage, utilization etc.
- Monitor asset data quality and coverage.
- Will support asset migration activity and raw files / master files tagging and metadata addition

Pharma or health care exp. is preferred. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity.
