Our client is hiring a UX Content Writer for a freelance opportunity with Fortune 50 telecom client!

UX Content Writer Responsibilities:
- Create user-focused content for customers and employees across multiple digital platforms
- Collaborate with Agile scrum teams, business stakeholders, and legal partners using design thinking/lean UX principles and processes to create positive customer and business outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other digital experience team members using qualitative/quantitative data, as well as testing, information gathering, and experience design methodologies to create an industry-leading user experience.
- Create and evolve content management processes to increase creativity and improve team output
- Ensure CATO/accessibility guidelines are met and properly documented for compliance purposes.

UX Content Writer Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as digital-focused copywriter or UX content strategist
- Experience implementing content in an enterprise CMS
- Established writing, editing, proofreading, and QA skills
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

This is a long-term, 40 hour a week, freelance opportunity.
