Our tech client has an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to join their fast growing team!

What You'll Do:
- Build great content - execute on best-in-class email programs and campaigns.
- Help maintain the performance and health of the email channel concerning audience segmentation, send times, list hygiene, and deliverability.
- Constant A/B test and experiment to improve our open, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Use audience segmentation to develop and deploy awareness campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Own the email marketing calendar to keep our current and potential Yat collectors engaged with the latest news and content that engages them without turning them off.
- Maintain brand excellence, utilize modern design templates optimized for conversion, and develop a strategy for keeping content fresh and dynamic.
- Remain abreast of email marketing trends to make improvements to campaigns.
- Create and implement testing strategies based on targeted customer segments and lifecycle flows with personalized content.
- Work closely with various stakeholders-- including Sales, Product, and Design teams to drive campaign performance through innovative strategy and email design and copy.
- Regularly communicate upcoming email campaigns and report on status and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Become an expert on the collector journey, and develop marketing programs to create key touchpoints to engage our collectors throughout their journey.

Requirements for the Email Marketing Specialist:
- 2+ years of content marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with experience crafting strategy as well as tactical implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Able to write short-form content, including email copy, headlines, calls-to-action, etc.
- Can zoom in and catch typos and design flaws, zoom out, collaborate, and brainstorm with our teams on how email can help achieve key goals.
- Data-centric and strategy-focused; uses exceptional analytic and problem-solving capabilities to provide insights, recommendations for change, and proposed solutions.
- You have the proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and switch priorities/focuses as needed.
- Excellent communication, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating and deploying multiple email campaigns per week.
- Experience with email deliverability and inbox placement.
- Has an understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM Laws, and mail client compatibility.
- Enjoys collaboration with cross-functional team members to develop and deliver consistent marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing high volume,database-driven email programs for consumer audiences.
- Run and learn from A/B tests to improve results over time.

This is a 100% remote opportunity. Nashville is preferred but not required.
