Our agency client is looking for a Junior Video Editor to join their team full time! This is an exciting opportunity to be a hands-on and core part of a growing agency team.

The Junior Video Editor will be involved in video storytelling for various types of content such as commercial, promo, short and long form stories and socially native content. The Junior Video Editor will also be involved in working with the creative team to continue to think of innovative and award-winning ways to tell clients' stories.

- Daily editing (start to finish) of brand, commercial, corporate, social and programming (long and short form)
- Lead the editorial process from start to finish and implement changes to videos
- Translate marketing objectives into a creative edit
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Daily backup of media and projects
- Deliver and quality check programing across various outlets and clients

- 1+ years of proven video editing experience with long and short form videos
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Mac systems
- Firm understanding of offline and online process, preparation for and implementing graphics/composites from graphic/composite artists
- Confidence in pulling appropriate music selects and editing music for video
- Ability to start and finish programs, to mix programs “in-the-box” when necessary, interface with clients, perform client supervised sessions
- Knowledge of various delivery formats across broadcast and digital
- Strong organizational skills with multiple projects and media from start to finish
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

This is a full time opportunity that is currently remote, but will soon return to in office in West Midtown.
