Internal Communications Junior Project Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our Fortune 100 client has an immediate need for a Junior Project Manager to join their team for an ongoing 40hr/week freelance opportunity!

The Junior Project Manager will work within the company's in-house agency and partner directly with Creative leaders, Operations, Copy Writers, Designers, etc. The Junior Project Manager will report directly to the Creative Project Manager. The ideal Junior Project Manager will have experience working in an agency or in-house agency setting and have some exposure to internal communications or projects.

- Intaking Creative Request Forms (CRFs) within Workfront
- Assisting in making project assignments amongst creative team
- Resource allocation
- Maintaining task lists, due dates and project statuses within Workfront
- Approving timesheets and assisting in budget tracking
- Tracking down previous project numbers for update/resize requests
- Keeping Agency Ops informed on team bandwidth and resourcing issues
- Coordinating pre-production, production and post-production on Marketing photo and video shoots

- MUST have experience and knowledge using Workfront
- MUST be willing to eventually go onsite to south Atlanta office
- 1-3 years of proven project management experience; preferably in an agency or in-house agency setting
- Self-starter, hungry to learn processes quickly
- Adaptable and flexible to try things and do what is needed to help the team
- Understanding of generally how long creative requests like copywriting, photo editing, retouching, etc. take

This is a 40hr/week freelance opportunity that will start remote and evolve into a hybrid mix of onsite and offsite around June / July. The hope is that this role will convert to full time in 2022 for the right fit.
