Our agency client, located in Kennesaw, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team full time!

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager analyzes, reviews, and implements changes to client websites so they are optimized for search engines. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of managing all SEO activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

SR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to the Digital Marketing team with effective management, coaching, mentoring, and nurturing growth for team members
- Develop and manage digital strategy implementation and processes
- Identify innovative ways to implement new digital strategies for advisors and the agency
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Work with creative and other marketing teams to drive digital strategy in content creation, design direction, and processing
- Lead and participate in corporate digital initiatives and establish relationships across the organization to ensure digital strategies are aligned with corporate strategies; leverage existing investments and reduce overall cost of ownership of digital solutions
- Implement SEO best practices on the agency's and all client-facing websites to ensure year-over-year targeted traffic increase
- Optimize Google search, display, video, and social advertising for clients and providing guidance to creative team members
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaign recommendations
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, design, backlinking and other factors to improve digital marketing strategies success.

SR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
- 4+ years executive digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Personable, excellent communication skills and professional attitude
- Positive, team-oriented, and motivated approach / attitude
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Certified a plus), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns (Google Ads certified a plus)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Focus on details with proven ability to execute and implement digital campaigns across multiple channels and brands
- Ownership of digital marketing metrics and KPIs; ability to present results to leadership and recommend solutions
- Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and budgets
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions and meetings across marketing teams
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to be a team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a noted ability to communicate complex or digital/social concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience managing/overseeing team members

This is a full time position located onsite in Kennesaw.
