Our FinTech client is looking for a Loyalty Product Owner to join their team full time immediately!

The Loyalty Product Owner will be responsible for the definition and delivery of the company's loyalty products and loyalty partner integration to facilitate loyalty linking and convertibility. The Loyalty Product Owner works directly with the development teams across business areas to define and deliver end-to-end solution delivery and ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create product requirements and manage these requirements from ideation to roadmap through to launch
- Write stories with detailed acceptance criteria, groom backlog, prioritize, acceptance test, and approve release of work
- Ensure the loyalty teams are aligned on product value, vision, strategy, priorities and success criteria
- Communicate work status to program and align with other delivery teams
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Customer Support, Finance, and other Product delivery teams to drive cross-functional success
- Oversee loyalty integrations, definition, and ongoing program maintenance
- Work with development teams to design, define, and build partner integrations and infrastructure
- Define, track, and evaluate success of key metrics to determine product health, usage, and impact on end users
- Understand current and future market opportunities to ensure the company is focused accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in product roles with increasing responsibility.
- Experience as product owner for development teams in an Agile Scrum framework
- Proven history of product lifecycle management and successful release of product(s)
- Deep understanding of authentication and identity methods and protocols
- Background in application programming interface (API) integrations, previous work with loyalty rewards and redemption solutions on the market.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Loyalty program or loyalty program provider experience and passion for the industry is HIGHLY preferred!

This is a full time role that is remote during COVID, but candidates must be local in Atlanta.
