Our FinTech client is looking for a Product Analytics Product Owner to join their team full time immediately!

The Product Owner will be responsible for features and capabilities related to product analytics, business intelligence, customer data management, personalization, and product improvement.

- Drive product strategy, feature definition, delivery, and ongoing improvement for your features and capabilities
- Develop detailed requirements, work with engineering teams to implement those requirements, and validate that the end product fulfills the vision
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Customer Care, Design, and Product to deliver robust, complete products and capabilities
- Champion using data to drive product decisions, and educate others within the organization on how internal tools and data can be leveraged throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with other product owners on how company and product features can be made more engaging and relevant by incorporating personalization and optimization
- Support the Marketing team by collaborating on product requirements that will enable Marketing to leverage customer data for targeting and personalization
- Identify actionable insights to inform product roadmap and strategy based on behavioral / usage data, customer feedback, and external market data
- Ensure the company has the necessary capabilities and processes to efficiently execute A/B tests and understand and act on the results
- Act as an SME on analytics capabilities, customer data, and product optimization
- Work with architects to ensure proposed technical solutions will meet product and business needs
- Collaborate with engineering and other product owners on timelines and interdependencies
- Develop strategic recommendations on how existing tools can be leveraged to help achieve company goals
- Communicate product approach, delivery status, and ongoing performance to management
- Develop measurable experiments and evaluate results to continuously improve product quality
- Support marketing automation processes, including customer segmentation using transactional, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data
- Work with data analysts to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and opportunities across all products

- Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in product roles with proven increasing responsibility
- Experience as product owner for development teams in an Agile Scrum framework
- Proven history of product lifecycle management and successful release of product(s)
- Must be able to leverage data to develop actionable insights and drive product decisions

- Strategic thinker and strong communicator
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full time role that is remote during COVID, but candidates must be local in Atlanta.
